It’s September, which means it’s National Yoga Month!
If you are a reader of this blog, chances are, you know the amazing benefits of yoga. If you are newer to yoga, National Yoga Month was designed to raise awareness and educate people about the health benefits of yoga – you can read more about those benefits here at the Yoga Health Foundation website.
